Give this bottleChablis is the northernmost white of Burgundy, made only from Chardonnay on Kimmeridgian limestone full of tiny fossil oyster shells. Fermented in steel tanks: no oak, just tension and freshness.

Serving
Chilled, 10 to 12 °C. Drink within five years.
